Theme updates

Finally, I got an hour spare to modify some bits and bobs on this theme.

  • Its now wider, so I can write reeeeeeeeeeeally long posts and it doesn’t "look" that much to read, and plus I can post up massive photo’s without IE/Firefox overlapping issues.
  • The logo is now updated – 2.0 style.
  • H1 header tags have changed their size and font.
  • The comment box is larger.
  • And… thats about it for now!

I’m in the process of writing a rather large article on "what is rallying" at the moment, people keep asking me what it is, so my best thought was to point them over to this place!

PS: Also, just updated to the latest and greatest version of WordPress, version 2.0.4. Upgrading took less than 5 minutes, nice one guys!

It’s broke in IE I’m afraid bud. The main content has dropped below the sidebar on multi post view. In single post it’s fine.

Interesting you say it doesn’t fit, it does on mine! I’ve modified the content width again, check again for me? From here, everything works fine in FF, IE and Opera.

  5. Adcuz says:

Works fine in IE/ff/opera here, on 1280×1024

    Looks better now mate.

Dunno, I was at work this morning and it looked like it was no wider and the content dropped down.

    All’s good! :)

    Mate

I happened across the site this morning and noticed it doesn’t look right.

    cornellfinch.com/wordpress/wp-...

That’s the screenshot I took. Using IE 6.0.2900.2180 on XP SP2.

  8. Daze says:

Hm, from that screenshot looks like you’re viewing an old background image. Try again on IE on the same PC and hit SHIFT and refresh which will force everything to reload.

All works fine on every PC I’ve tried so far ;)

  9. Collin says:

I’ll force it in the morning, it’s the work PC. :)

It might just be the sucky work PC, it’s a Dell with a corporate XP image and sucky IE. Says it all really…

  10. Collin says:

    Psst… Forced reload is CTRL+F5 btw. ;) works a treat now. :)
